Forrest holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California at Santa Cruz. He is also certified as a National Association of Realtors Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. Forrest specializes in serving the needs of real estate investors as well as homeowners in Los Feliz and the Hollywood Hills. Prior to joining Prudential California Realty, Forrest served as Vice President and Marketing Manager for Smith Barney Asset Management, a division of Citigroup. At Smith Barney, Forrest produced financial research, analysis and commentary for Smith Barney clients. In addition, he created and produced some of the firm's most successful national marketing campaigns. Forrest also spent more than eight years with the City Volunteer Corps (CVC) in the City of New York. CVC was an urban Peace Corps enlisting volunteer youths to work in teams on various community service projects. As one of the first programs of its kind, CVC was the inspiration for other such organizations such as Boston's CityYear and President Clinton's Americorps program. For his work with CVC, Forrest was given the Mayor's Award for Volunteer Supervision.
