The present invention provides diapers with improved leak prevention, especially around the waist of the wearer. Diapers according to the invention may have a guard, for example, a leak-proof guard, to contain what is inside the diaper and thus prevent leaks that could occur without the guard. Diapers according to the invention provide added leak protection particularly on the front and backside of the baby.

Abstract:

Antibodies to human Cytomegalovirus (CMV) gB protein have been isolated from human B cells. The affinities of these antibodies are higher than the best previously reported antibodies. Since high affinity is critical to prevention of virus transfer across the placenta, the invention antibodies are useful as therapeutic and prophylactic agents to prevent or ameliorate effects on the fetus of CMV infection during pregnancy.

Abstract:

The present invention provides reconstituted and recombinant tissue membranes and methods for pharmaceutical delivery of bioactive molecules. In particular, reconstituted and recombinant amniotic membranes are provided for sustained delivery of therapeutic molecules, proteins or metabolites, to a site of a host in need thereof.
