Abstract:

A system for verifying the identity of a user includes an identification score assignment module configured to receive at least one source of identification of the user and to assign an identification score to each of the at least one source of identification. The system includes a total identification score generation module, in communication with the identification score assignment module, configured to generate a total identification score of the user from the identification scores of each of the at least one source of identification and a predetermined function. The total identification score of the user is associated with a level of verification of the identity of the user, and compared to a minimum identification score associated with a transaction. The transaction is performed when the total identification score of the user is greater than or equal to the minimum identification score.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for processing calls and data are described. A user interface is displayed on a communication terminal associated with a user, wherein the user interface includes: a menu item enabling the user to initiate a voice call with a specified entity and a menu item or form via which the user can provide contextual information relating to the voice call. Contextual information provided by the user is transmitted to the specified entity, optionally prior to the voice call being established between the specified entity and the user. A data session is established. A call request is received from the user. Contextual information provided by the user is provided for display to the specified entity. A voice session is established, including the establishment of the voice call between the specified entity and the user, while the contextual information is displayed to the specified entity.

Abstract:

An automated infrastructure switch system is disclosed, wherein an infrastructure switch is configured to automatically provision resources between electronic devices when those electronic devices are connected to internal network transceivers of the switch. The infrastructure switch automatically sets up a private cloud system for the connected devices, which can be connected to other private cloud systems on-demand. A cloud server can maintain connectivity between discrete private cloud systems, while also automatically providing access to common resources via a public cloud.
