My name is Eve Fortenbery. I am a Full Time Real Estate Professional at REMAX Preferred in Madison WI and working as a Full Time Realtor at Beasley Realty, in Pullman WA and Moscow ID. I have been a Full time Realtor since September of 2005. I have dedicated myself to my clients and their needs and have aimed to run my business as a referral based business, which is the nicest compliment I could ever receive. I firmly believe that staying up on the current market through educational courses designed for the Professional Realtor helps me to assist my clients and share the education by teaching my clients about the market. I have received the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and the Senior Representative Specialist Designations (SRES), in addition to being honored with attaining Presidents Club status in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010,and joining the Chairman’s Circle in 2008. In 2009, I received my Broker’s License. I received my Broker's License in Washington in July 2012 and my Real Estate sales license in Idaho in November 2012. I work mostly in the Residential markets and love to assist Families relocating to our area. I have also ventured into Commercial Real Estate too. I worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Middleton Cross Plains School District from 1999-2004. My professional career began for PBS in Illinois as a Co-Producer of a Science and Nature series that was nationally syndicated. I Freelanced for a while and then raised my children, as this was the most rewarding experience I could ever have imagined. While I still have a passion for Film, my true passion is Real Estate and helping my Clients get where they need to be and help them through their transitional time and make this as smooth as possible. I assist my clients in networking into their new Communities as well. I help my clients find more than just a house, I find them a home! I stay involved with my local community by Volunteering my time.
