Eric Humes is the Broker /Owner for Rooftop Realty. He graduated from the UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA LAS VEGAS with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Affairs (Communications and Spanish). He has been practicing real estate full-time since 2003. Before real estate, Eric worked with the Public Realtions firms of BALLARD COMMUNICATIONS andJOHN HANKS COMMUNICATIONS where he worked to market and maintain corporate communications for various businesses.He is a former past-president of PRSSA and active member of theGreater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS. He is currently serving on the Ethics Grievance Committee. Eric is a Certified Distressed Property Expert, with experience in loss mitigation, property preservation and tenant relations. Eric has served as a community leader, youth leader for the BOYS SCOUTS OF AMERICA, and other various charities. He speaks and writes fluent Spanish having lived in Costa Rica for two years.
