Leroy & Rod Wood, co-owners of Arkansas Funeral Care, were arrested Tuesday morning on 13 charges of abuse of a corpse. On Monday, a warrant was issued for their arrest as well as the funeral home director, Edward Snow. Snow was arrested and processed into the Pulaski County Detention Center onLeroy and Rod Wood, co-owners of Arkansas Funeral Care, and Edward Snow all face 13 counts of abuse of a corpse a class C felony. Each count of abuse is connected to an individual victim, according to a prosecuting affidavit.

Jacksonville police say Arkansas Funeral Care's owners, 86-year-old LeRoy Wood and his 61-year-old son, Rod Wood, surrendered Tuesday. Funeral director Edward Snow was arrested Monday and released on bond. Each is charged with 13 counts of corpse abuse.
During Friday's hearing, Brewster coughed twice and chuckled once while talking to his lawyer, who declined comment on his health. Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Snow said he wasn't aware of Brewster being terminally ill.
