Abstract:

A compact article carrier or caddy that is specifically adapted to be mounted to the handle members of wheeled luggage, suitcases and related items, wherein the caddy includes a frame that supports a freely pivotal ring member in which a liquid containing container may be selectively placed so as to be vertically supported regardless of an angle of inclination of the handle members and wherein the frame may be collapsed for compact storage.
