"I'm glad they caught her if she really set the fire at the house last night," said Donald Varney, who runs a fishing tackle shop in Wachapreague, a town on the Eastern Shore located about six miles northwest of Melfa.
"It's teeing off a lot of people, making them mad and upset," Donald Varney said. "It's a serious thing. Eventually somebody's going to get hurt. Somebody has a very good chance of being killed in a situation like this."
