I have lived in Oregon all of my life and graduated from University of Oregon in 1995. Following graduation, I moved to Portland and managed the downtown branch of Enterprise Rent A Car. After a successful career I decided to move into pharmaceutical sales. Although I found that position extremely challenging I missed running my own business and seeing the first hand results of my efforts on a daily basis. I am currently in my 9th year of real esate and enjoy it very much. I work with both Buyer's and Seller's primarily in Northeast but I am familiar with all of Portland. I particularily enjoy helping Seller's prepare their homes for sale. My specialty is working with a small budget to make improvements to your home for the maximum return on your investment. I personally stage all of my listings; mainly to satisfy my creative side but it also has the added benefit of helping my clients sell faster than the average market time. I am extremely motivated by providing the best service possible to all of my clients. My business model is based on providing very personalized service to the clients I work with. For this reason I only work a limited number of clients at any given time to ensure everyone receives the attention they deserve during such an important transition in their lives.
