A little bit about me: Its hard to believe it but I've been a REALTOR for more than 12 years. My husband (Sean) and I moved to Southeast Texas in the spring of 2006. Our friends joke around with us that we "put down roots faster than a tallow tree". We love Southeast Texas and everything it offers. In 2011, we had our son Owen. He is the best blessing we could ever ask for. We live on a small ranch in rural Orange County with our six horses and four dogs. Now about my REAL ESTATE experience: I first started in real estate sales in Central Florida. Call it following in my mom's footsteps. She was and is still a Coldwell Banker agent in Central Florida. I learned the ropes and was "Rookie of the Year" my first year in the business. A few years into my real estate career I accepted a sales position with one of the largest home builders in the country, KB Home. One year, I sold over fifty (50) homes in the community that I was representing. KB Home offered me a promotion, so the next step was a sales management position in South Florida. During this time, I managed the sales of over 400 homes and had 20 sales counselors under my direct supervision. Welcome 2005 and the "crash" of the South Florida real estate market. My husband Sean decided to take an excellent opportunity that came along with ExxonMobil. So we packed up and moved! It was second nature for me to join a great Coldwell Banker office here in Southeast Texas. I specialize in helping relocating families and clients. We have been through it ourselves and it gives me an excellent perspective as a REALTOR to know how to help other families that are relocating. First time buyers are near and dear to my heart.
