The present disclosure is related to antibodies (e.g., human antibodies) and antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind and neutralize (human) thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). Such molecules may have modified Fregions that increase antibody half-life, increase resistance to proteases, and/or reduce ability to interact with Fgamma receptors.
