Abstract:

A quick release extrusion bracket with a lock is provided. The quick release extrusion bracket secures a chair, stool, seat, etc. with a base plate at the end of a supporting post, leg, etc. to a floor. The quick release extrusion bracket enables the quick and easy release of the base plate from the bracket, thereby facilitating the simple and quick removal of the chair, stool, seat, etc. The lock enables the base plate to be locked to the bracket so that it may not be removed by a patron or other person without an appropriate tool or key.

Abstract:

A chair with one or more easily removable pieces and a method for disassembling the same. The chair preferably includes a seat section, a back section, and a concealed back-releasing mechanism. The back-releasing mechanism includes a connecting bracket, attached to the seat section, wherein the connecting bracket includes a protruding portion, and a receiving bracket concealed in the back section and that includes a recessed portion that receives the protruding portion of the connecting bracket. The chair may also include a seat section, a back section connected to the seat section, a cushion, and a concealed cushion-releasing mechanism. The cushion-releasing mechanism preferably comprises at least one slot in the seat section, wherein the slot is defined by the seat section and extends through the seat section and at least one tongue, wherein the tongue protrudes from the cushion and extends through the slot.

Abstract:

A hardware pipeline has a number of rows including a first row, a last row, and an intermediate row between the first row and the last row. Each row stores a number of bytes of data as the data moves through the pipeline on a row-by-row basis from the first row towards the last row. A mechanism performs a first macro on the data beginning at the first row. The mechanism performs a second macro different than the first macro on the data beginning at the intermediate row where the first macro has been completely performed when the data has reached the intermediate row. The first and second macros each include a number of modifications of the data as the data moves through the pipeline to effect a complete transformation of the data. The complete transformation of the first macro is different than the complete transformation of the second data.

Abstract:

A method for mitigating detected patterns in a network device is described herein. A packet is moved through a first pipeline of the network device, to perform processing of the packet. A pattern is detected within the packet. In response to detecting the pattern, a hardware component of the network device generates a flag as the packet is moving through the first pipeline, in parallel with the processing of the packet. One or more forwarding policies associated with the packet are determined using the flag.
