David was born in Newnan, Ga when his Dad moved here from Ohio to start The William L. Bonnel Company with Mr. Bonnell back in the mid 1950's. Having lived in Newnan has a youth; David grew up in Tifton, Ga before moving back to Newnan in 1995. David attended Abraham Baldwin College, where he played golf for two years and then graduated from the University of Ga. with a BA in Business. Upon graduation, he then worked for Tifton Aluminum Company (A subsidiary of Aluminum Company of America) for 15 years before embarking on his Entrepreneurial career. He successfully developed, staffed and managed 5 Document Outsourcing Companies servicing the Legal Community in Atlanta, Orlando, Nashville, Jacksonville and Minneapolis. Upon successfully negotiating the sale of his stake in all the companies, David then formed a Real Estate Development Company with a focus on the development and sale of homes in the Panhandle of Florida. David holds a Real Estate and Life and Health License in Georgia and Florida. He is married to Gay Turner Koran, Owner of Blue Moon Boutique on the square in Downtown Newnan. They have two children, Will and Katherine and 4 dogs. David still plays a little golf and is a sports enthusiast as well. David's Business and past Real Estate development experiences are valuable resource to any potential client.
