These homes range in size from 1,500 to 4,000 square feet.This Resort-Like Community features an 8 acre man made lake, JR olympic pool and wading pool, walking/jogging path, tot lot, boat rental marina with paddle boats, seasonal fishing, clubhouse and so much more. The Lakeside community has some of the lowest homeowner's association dues in the area and has NO MELLO ROOS. The schools in the area include Sunny Hills High, Troy High, Fullerton and Buena Park High School. As a Brea resident since 2002, I have learned a lot about the areas I service. There are many wonderful communities here in Brea including North Hills, Tomlinson Park, Pleasant Hills, Eagle Hills, Amber Hill, Terrace, Olinda Ranch & more. Brea schools are all high ranking schools including Mariposa Elementary, Country Hills Elementary, Fanning Elementary, Brea Junior High and Brea Olinda High School. The Brea Mall is conveniently located off of State College near the 57 Freeway. Having grown up in the city of La Mirada and spending over 25 years in the town, I feel I have become a La Mirada Real Estate Specialist.
