I like calling the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina home. My home area includes the cities of High Point, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Kernersville, Archdale and Jamestown. There are numerous small towns that offer that laid back lifestyle in the counties of Guilford, Forsyth Davidson and Randolph. I have lived in various locals throughout the Triad and find they each have traits in common but are different in their tax rates, school systems, recreation and shopping. There are many real estate opportunities here in the single family residential area as well as investment properties in both single family and multifamily dwellings. As a resident of the Triad, I understand the value of location. After retiring as a Senior Vice President of a division of General Electric, I was licensed as a real estate broker and have worked in all phases of residential properties including foreclosures. The foreclosure market still offers a great value when you can find the right property and I am the right person to help you find that great deal. I am a life long resident of North Carolina's Triad. My parents raised me here as I did my family.
