About:

I'm originally from the Detroit area and moved to the Cape in October of 2007. My experience in the real estate business started in 2002 and I still hold an active Michigan real estate license as well as my broker's license in Florida. Being from the Motor City, where we never experienced a housing bubble, I offer a different perspective on the SW FL marketplace. There are a massive amount of opportunities in Cape Coral for everyone from investors to first time buyers to second home owners. Like my dad always told me - perception is reality! When you have a positive attitude/outlook, you'll find those great deals and amazing opportunities. The housing downturn started in metro Detroit and Michigan just after 2000 and so began my experience with foreclosed homes. The majority of my business since 2005 has been foreclosed homes and short sales. I won't pretend to know all of the answers, but I'll make darned sure to find them! Real estate allows me to merge a few of my passions: educating myself and others, being of service to my community and rising to the challenge!
