I am a licenced Realtor on the North Shore of Massachusetts. My background is in Legal Studies with a BA in Criminal Justice and a paralegal certification. I have found my background experience very helpful in this field as real estate can be fun and exciting it can also provide many legal and procedural hurdles. It's best to work with an agent who is well versed in the changing regulations in the real estate and mortgage world, as an agent who is not up to date with the changes may invite more obstacles to arise. I grew up in a small town and now live in a bigger city so have been able to experience many forms of municipal government and procedures as well as other underlying factors that could become a large decision making concern when it comes to your next purchase. Things such as septic systems, municipal betterments, proximity to schools/commuter locations, easements, encroachments, flood plains... these are all the personal features that each property has the consumers would rather know about before they become attached. Our goal is to make your purchand and/or sale as smooth as possible with the consumer netting the most amount of money and purchasing in a solid neighborhood. We make sure each facet to real estate and the purchase/sale process is up front so each decision can be made with an educated background. That's how real estate should be - smooth, educational and profitable!
