I've always been enthusiastic about building businesses and business processes. I got out of corporate Canada (having worked on business process re-engineering for a team of 500) in the early 90's and started a first-generation Internet company. We achieved rapid growth during the early dotcom years. I exited around 1996, and joined another early stage company in Toronto and NJ. I left to cofound SkillSense in 2000. SkillSense is an ISV and IBM Business Partner and specializes in Workforce Management for SMB's, under the brand names EasyTrak (HRM, time and attendance, staff scheduling, job costing, project management) and EPM360 (performance management system - performance objectives and goal setting, and performance feedback), delivered as SaaS.
