Abstract:

The composition and process for preparing an anti-hemorrhoid composition which comprises providing a predetermined effective amount of natural substances of the genera and in an aqueous medium to form an initial mixture, extracting the initial mixture with water at a temperature of about 70-80 C. for 1-2 hours to produce an aqueous mixture, filtering the aqueous mixture to produce a filtrate, and evaporating the filtrate to a moisture content of 30% to produce an extract which can be used as a treatment for hemorrhoid diseases.

Abstract:

The method for encoding a date for universal recognition provides a representation of a date that eliminates ambiguities that may arise because of different date formats widely used throughout the world. A date is encoded by first expressing the date as at least a calendar month and a calendar year within a calendar system. A month identifier is encoded for the calendar month. The month identifier comprises a first identifier field having a first association with the name of the month, and a second identifier field having a second association with the name of the month. Next, a year identifier is formed for the calendar year. A date representation is formed by formatting the month identifier together with the year identifier. Visual indicia of the date representation are formed on an article to express a date of interest, such as an expiration date on a credit card.

An example electronic device includes a housing including a first housing member and a second housing member pivotably coupled to one another via a hinge. In addition, the electronic device includes a motor positioned in the second housing member comprising an output shaft. Further, the electronic device includes an actuatable member positioned in the first housing member, wherein the motor is to actuate the actuatable member via a plurality of gears coupled across the hinge. Still further, the electronic device includes a controller coupled to the motor. The controller is to actuate the motor to reduce a force applied to the output shaft in response to detecting a torque on the hinge.

Abstract:

In an example, a card retainer may include a latch to removably engage with a free end of an expansion card. Further, a card retainer may include a pivot mount to attach the latch to a system board of a computing device. In some examples, the latch is movable about the pivot mount between an open position and a closed position. The latch may exert a bias force on the free end of the expansion card in order to retain the expansion card to the system board in a secure manner when the latch is disposed in the closed position.
