She received her undergraduate degree in Journalism from Oklahoma State University and her MBA from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Cathy worked for 17 years in Human Resource Management for the financial services industry (The Capital Group and AllianceBernstein). Making the transition from human resources to real estate was a natural move for Cathy.
