GLOUCETER, Mass. (AP) - The mayor of Gloucester is leaving her job for a post in the administration of Republican Gov.-elect Charlie Baker. Carolyn Kirk, a Democrat, has been tapped by Baker to serve as deputy secretary of the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development.
