Closing over $100M in sales since late-2006, even the most volatile real estate market on record did not prohibit her from achieving her client's goals. Twice, Candace was honored by the Home Builders Association of Metro Orlando for Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence in both 2007 and 2011. Prior to moving to Orlando, Florida in 2006, Candace studied at the École de Management Euromed, in Marseille, France, and graduated, cum laude, from Portland State University, Oregon, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. In addition to serving as the Managing Broker of Cassidy Realty, Candace has a wealth of experience designing hyper-local sales and marketing strategies at two of the nation's top 10 builder-developers, Meritage Homes and Ryland Homes. Leveraging her brand-building experience, Digital Risk, a forensic analytic provider to the mortgage banking industry, selected Candace to lead the company's pre-acquisition rebranding and marketing initiatives as Director of Marketing & Business Development. Her comprehensive experience in real estate marketing and finance give Candace the edge to quickly identify, develop and execute a strategy to achieve her client's goals while others are still contemplating which direction to go.
