Working in real estate has been a challenge for sure, but I love it and look forward to the future. I think that the most important aspect of this business is the people involved and not so much the houses that are bought, sold or rented. For many, especially first time buyers, there is a lot of fear and anxiety about making such a major decision and I work hard to try to help people through this so they can feel comfortable and happy about their choices. In addition to being a 'sales person' I think that one of my most valuable assets is being a resource for information on the marketplace as well as things related to owning a home. Anybody can go online today and search listings, but what is really needed is help navigating the various aspects of a transaction, securing a trustworthy inspector, finding a lender that can make it all happen, locating those professionals that will help before, during and after the transaction.
