Abstract:

In at least one embodiment, a table saw includes a table, a moveable carriage supported by the table, a saw assembly supported by the carriage, and a pull rod coupled to the carriage. The pull rod is configured to move in a linear direction relative to the housing between a back position and a forward position. The carriage and saw assembly move in the linear direction when the pull rod is moved in the linear direction. A collar is positioned on the pull rod and configured to move in the linear direction between a locked position and an unlocked position. The pull rod is configured to move in the linear direction from the back position toward the forward position when the collar is in the unlocked position, and the pull rod is blocked from moving from the back position when the collar is in the locked position.

A saw assembly includes a base defining an internal space, and having a sidewall defining an opening, a table top structure supported by said base and defining a blade slot, a support arrangement including (i) a first rail assembly attached to said base and having a first rail magnet, (ii) a carriage located within said internal space and having a first carriage magnet that is positioned to magnetically interact with said first rail magnet, a saw mechanism supported by said carriage and including a motor and a saw blade rotatably coupled to said motor, said saw blade extending through said blade slot, and an actuator having (i) a first end portion attached to said carriage, (ii) a second end portion spaced apart from said internal space, and (iii) an intermediate portion extending through said opening, wherein movement of said second end portion of said actuator causes movement of said carriage in relation to said first rail assembly.

Abstract:

A work bench. The work bench includes a table top, a plurality of legs connected to the table top, and a leg length adjustment mechanism positioned on at least one of the plurality of legs. The leg length adjustment mechanism includes a threaded rod configured to rotate about a rod axis, and a leg adjustment member moveable between a first position where the leg adjustment member threadedly engages the threaded rod and a second position where the leg adjustment member is removed from the threaded rod. Rotation of the threaded rod about the rod axis results in axial movement of the threaded rod when the leg adjustment member is in the first position. The threaded rod is freely moveable along the rod axis when the leg adjustment member is in the second position.

Abstract:

Multiple unique configurations for a computer tablet holding device are disclosed. One of device's configurations allows for multiple viewing angles through the use of multi-configurable assembly. Another configuration is a multi-positional computer tablet holding device that can be used within a folio, with the benefit of working cooperatively with an accessory such as a keyboard or wrist rest, or removed and used independently of the folio. The holding device and other accessories may be retained on the folio by judiciously placed magnets. The folio of the invention includes a first and second flap, the first flap including a plurality of magnets arranged in a matrix, the magnets being spaced apart at a distance, the riser including a base having a pair of magnets, said individual magnets of the pair of magnets being spaced apart at the distance, the riser being selectively attachable at positions corresponding to the magnet positions of the folio. The cooperatively working feature aids in the use of these items functioning cooperatively with each other when assembled together as well as aiding for the easy transportability of these items when they are within proximity of each other.
