Abstract:Compounds of the following general formula are useful for increasing coronary blood flow in mammals: ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen, acetyl, p-fluorobenzoylpropyl, carbamoyl, N-methylcarbamoyl, N,N-dimethylcarbamoyl, phenylcarbamoyl, or N-(. omega. -morpholinoethyl)carbamoyl; R. sup. 1 is hydrogen; R. sup. 2 is hydrogen or hydroxy; or R. sup. 1 and R. sup. 2 taken together form a second bond between the carbon atoms bearing R. sup. 1 and R. sup. 2 ; R. sup. 3 is hydrogen or fluorine and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
