Appeals Court Overturns Ban on Selfies in Voting Booths
One of the voters, Andrew Langlois, was under investigation for posting a ballot selfie on Facebook after voting in the 2014 primary election, according to the lawsuit. Mr. Langlois, unhappy with the Republican candidates for U.S. Senate, wrote in the name of his dead dog, Akira.
